4. Refund Timeline
4.1 Reporting Deadline

- Requests beyond these timeframes will not be considered

Once a refund is approved:

4.3 Refund Method
All approved refunds will be credited to:

- Refunds cannot be processed to a different payment method
5. Payment Gateway Policy
5.1 Razorpay Compliance
All payments are processed through Razorpay, and their refund policies also apply:
- Razorpay may impose additional verification requirements
- Some payment methods may have specific refund restrictions

5.2 Payment Method Specific Information
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- UPI: Instant to 3 business days
- Wallets: Instant to 24 hours
6. Cancellation Policy

- By closing the payment window
- No cancellation fee or penalty applies

- It cannot be cancelled

- Standard cancellation is not available for completed donations
7. Failed or Pending Transactions

- No amount will be deducted from your account
- If amount is debited, it will be automatically reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days

If your transaction shows as "pending":
- Wait for 24 hours for automatic resolution
- Check your bank statement to confirm if the amount was debited
- If debited but not confirmed after 24 hours, contact us with transaction details
- Do not make a duplicate payment
